OUR FIVE-STEP PROCESS |
1. ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
I. Two to three days of interviewing selective members of
target audience to determine situational needs.
II. Oral or written report of group's strengths and weaknesses presented to senior management.
2. CONSULTATION
I. A meeting (or a series of meetings depending on depth of concerns)
is held with management discussing areas of concern.
II. Input is received and group objectives are openly discussed.
3. DESIGN OF APPROACH
I. With the knowledge gained from the Organizational
Assessment (step 1), coupled with the Consultation meetings (step 2), modules for an off-site session are designed for the target group.
II. Our 360-degree Personal Performance Assessment is often used as a coaching aid prior to the off-site session.
4. OFF-SITE SESSION
I. The target group meets with our facilitator/instructor for a
two, three, four or five day off-site session.
II. Through a series of tailored, highly interactive, focused skill-building modules, the
identified objectives are directly addressed and achieved.
III. Participants' 360-degree Personal Performance Feedback results are often reviewed to identify
personal strengths and weaknesses.
5. FOLLOW-UP
I. Specific plans are designed to sustain the impact of the off-site session.
II. One-on-one coaching (if needed) is planned and scheduled.
III. Additional management sessions, as needed, are scheduled to ensure retention of new skills.
