Example #1: National Leadership Conference
A national leadership conference consisting of presidents and key executives from North American corporations
invited John to be their keynote speaker. He presented trends of employee behavior from our twenty-year, 360-degree Personal Performance Assessment
(PPA) database, which contains thousands of executives and managers from a host of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Based on
our 360-degree PPA database findings, John taught the conference participants the essential elements of achieving total commitment from their
workforce. John incorporated humor with real world examples in illustrating how earning employees' hearts will directly translate to quality
improvement, reduced grievances, and quicker response time.
Client Results
The executives left the speech with a practical, results-driven understanding of key principles that they
readily applied to their own work environment.
Example #2: Management Review
A large aerospace company asked John to perform an organizational assessment on their managers'
capabilities (to determine their "Leadership Quotient"). The results were so time critical, they asked John to present them
to the 5600 managers in one, two-hour session. John was able to clearly drive home each point enabling the managers to fully
grasp their deficiencies. This paved the way for multiple, follow-up, skill building sessions.
Client Results
As a result of the direct empirical awareness that John delivered, the company was able to
formulate a new direction in management philosophy and behavior that supported their newly revised business plan.
Example #3: Year-end Meeting
A South Carolina services company often invites John to attend their two-day, year-end meeting to
observe all of their reports and presentations. Upon completion of their official business, they give John four to six hours to
critique and assess their leadership performance for that year. They greatly value and appreciate his outsider's objective
viewpoints, candor and assertiveness in teaching proven management and leadership principles.
Client Results
John helped the management team prepare for the following year to better position themselves
for new business opportunities and for exceeding customer expectations.
Example #4: Keynote Speaker
A telecommunications giant asked John to present the major trends that he had identified from
the administration of our 360-degree Personal Performance Assessment to thousands of their managers over a six-year period. He presented
these findings to an all management meeting with thousands in attendance.
Client Results
The results enabled mangers to see how they individually fit into the corporate database. The trends
also defined a new company culture. Their chief financial officer concluded that the positive result of John's influence upon their
management team was unprecedented within the CFO's years with the organization.
